Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative at a Top organization in Weymouth! Hours are 11am to 7:30pm!! In this role, the Customer Service Representative will answer incoming phone calls, process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner. While delivering customer service is paramount, this position is also responsible for cross selling and up selling products and for performing any other phone sales assignments as necessary. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations. Responsibilities: Assist customers in placing telephone orders and accurately processing such orders. Consistently cross sell and up sell where appropriate. Solve all customer problems quickly, efficiently and to customer-s satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to identify solutions and resolve customer problems to prevent recurrence. Record and follow up product quality issues raised by customers. Follow all customer service policies. Provide clear, courteous communication with customers both verbally and in writing. Perform additional customer service duties as assigned. Maintain a positive, can do attitude in all aspects of the job. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure your safety and the safety of your colleagues. Qualifications: BS or Associates degree desired. 1-3 years of experience in customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team player. Ability to undertake and achieve multiple priorities in a fast pace environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
