SERVICE COORDINATOR:
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review the current days schedule – adjust as needed
Check available resources for timely service and adhoc service needs
Follow up with any open items for the previous  day with staff and customers
 Pro-actively ask support staff for updates if not already provided
Check with Purchasing to see what products are expected that day or any delays on delivery
Notify Support resources of products expected
Notify Clients of status based on product delivery
Update Service Interactions, Work Orders and Projects based on Product Delivery
Check Service Interactions Status to verify timely response and customer notifications
Update and adjust all time-lines as needed (SI’s, Work Orders, Projects, Whiteboard…)
Notify Support Resources and clients as needed
Purchasing Update – what arrived what did not. Set new delivery ETAs
Update and adjust all time-lines as needed (SI’s, Work Orders, Projects, Whiteboard…)
Notify Support Resources and clients as needed
Notify Sales Reps and Account managers of any major events (completions, delays…)
Verify all support resources are on schedule
Bench Check for status of items on the work bench
Check Service Interactions Status to verify timely response and customer notifications
Assist Help Desk staff with adjustments, priorities and client notifications
Direct any sales questions to appropriate personnel for timely response
Process all work orders (Billing, Open Item Review, Information to Sales Reps for follow up on additional work needed)
Follow up with all Field Service resources for status on current calls. (Complete, Schedule Return, Quote)
Update all associated time lines, team members and clients
Reschedule and Update Schedules as needed
Call clients with updates, changes or reschedule
Follow up with Bench Work status
Review ALL Service Interactions
Follow up with clients as needed
Investigate open items and assist with information needed for resolution
Schedule work for the next day
Update all resources (SI’s, Work Orders, Projects, White Boards, Clients and Sales)
Verify the following morning all resources are ready
Check with Purchasing on any New Products ordered and status for scheduling
