Job Description

Project Lead/ Service and Repair
Pay rate $44-50 per hour
The Technical Service Project Lead will work with product development teams and new product acquisition teams to develop Service and Repair programs for electromechanical capital equipment. The individual will work with R&D, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to establish design transfer requirements, compile project schedules and ensure timely and accountable completion of deliverables. Responsibilities include identifying/onboarding global repair centers, managing capital expense projects (appropriations and budget tracking), establishing quality and business agreements, and defining post-launch stability metrics- analyzing results and recommending product improvements. These project teams will be a representation across affiliates.
 
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. A focused degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Project Management is required. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience applying knowledge of engineering principles is required. Experience in Service and Repair or External Manufacturing is desired. Strong knowledge and understanding of new product introduction is required. Experience managing projects is required. The ability to write formal reports dealing with both technical & business topics & prepare project plans is required. Cross functional team experience is required. Experience working with international manufacturing sites or suppliers is required. At least 3 years of experience working within a regulated industry is required. Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices, Electrical Standards and ISO 13485 is desirable.
 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present across multiple functions is required. Capability to translate instructions either over email or the phone is preferred. Outstanding communication skills, multitasking, and the presentation of complex data to cross functional teams must be evident in experience base.
 
This position is located in Raynham, MA and up to 20% of travel domestically and internationally.
