Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client in the medical industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help expand their inbound call center. This position is in Miami, Florida (FL).

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients from the point of initial contact

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer Service: 1 year

  • Experience handling 100 dials

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality, great customer service

  • Very organized and efficient

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Telephone, email, and letter writing skills are needed

  • Motivated to succeed and grow

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a group

  • Must be a team player, able to work well with others

  • Bilingual
