Job Description

We have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to provide support for our General Construction office located near the campus at the University of Missouri.

Job Requirements

  • Responsibilities include assisting Business Manager with invoicing, contracts, processing certified payroll, and associated detailed office work. 
  • Accounting skills, required
  • Bachelor's degree, required; Candidates with an Associate's degree and relevant work experience will be considered
  • Must be proficient utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
  • Work is 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00PM.
