What Customer Operations Support>contributes to Cardinal Health

The Onsite Coordinator, Sr Specialist is responsible for engaging and assisting 1-3 strategic customers regionally to manage and increase freight services, through consistent face to face or telephone contact to meet individual and organizational sales objectives.

Accountabilities

  • The Onsite Coordinator, Sr Specialist is responsible for engaging and assisting 1-3 strategic customers regionally to manage and increase freight services, through consistent face to face or telephone contact to meet individual and organizational sales objectives.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and Cardinal Health for all OptiFreight Logistics support requests, and issue resolution
  • Ensuring timely and accurate billing through the OptiFreight program
  • Recognizing and training program best practices - PO comment, Buyers Training's, Outbound
  • Collecting necessary information and assisting to identify, support, and develop freight program processes and goals
  • Supporting and/or assisting the enhancement of clients freight program goals through freight analysis and mode optimization
  • Collecting necessary information and assisting with identifying cost savings and or cost recovery opportunities
  • Networking and building relationships to further increase penetration of accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2-4 years experience
  • Strong communication skills

  • Identifies possbile solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
