Non-profit organization located centrally in the Chicago loop has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant with 2+ years of current experience. We are seeking qualified candidates that have a strong administrative skills including; Microsoft Office 2010; Word, Excel and Access, typing 50 wpm, and strong communication/ grammar skills. Applicants should be able to work on databases, coordinate calendars, edit/type documents, and work well in a team setting as well as independently. We are looking for applicants who are dedicated to working in a support role. A Bachelor’s Degree is desired but not required for this position.
