Job Description

Customer Service Representative/ Inbound Call Center 

Allied Global Services, a leading staffing and recruiting agency in the Kansas City area, is looking to hire on dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representatives for one of our exceptional clients.  Our client is one of the leading companies in the Kansas City area and is looking to hire on multiple candidates due to growth.  

Starting pay is $15 - $17/hour

Full-time positions are available, working Monday - Friday. Contract to Hire.
Must be able to work any eight hour shifts available between 7:00am - 7:00pm.  
We are actively searching for customer service representatives for work in the Kansas City Metro Area 

Other duties for the Customer Service Representative will include: 

  • Responsible for taking inbound calls and assisting clients on product issues 
  • Resolving problems and implementing resolutions
  • Train clients on new functions and software capabilities
  • Opening, noting, and completing client tickets 
  • Providing exceptional service to all clients
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements for Position:

Ideal Candidates will have: 
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Longevity in previous positions
  • Some college coursework a plus!
  • Ability to work schedule
  • Desire for a career path
  • Prior up selling a plus!
