Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Scientist that will support the Analytical Research Department. Your daily duties will consist of,  analyzing samples from assigned projects. Assisting in the development and validation of analytical methods for potency, dosage uniformity, and stability testing of transdermal products. Supporting R&D testing. Please see below:


  • Perform HPLC, GC and Physical testing; make detailed observations, analyze data, and interpret results.
  • Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods. 
  • Participate in method transfers to the Quality Control Department.
  • Calibrate analytical instrumentation at scheduled intervals.
  • Prepare technical reports, summaries and quantitative analyses.
  • Maintain familiarity with current scientific literature and trends.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required.


IF YOU HAVE THE ABOVE STATED EXPERIENCE WITH AT LEAST 2+ YEARS OF PHARMACEUTICAL EXPERIENCE YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE ASKED TO COME IN FOR AN INTERVIEW. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related field with 3+ years of experience.  
  • Knowledge of scientific principles, procedures, methods and techniques.  
  • Laboratory background with appropriate work experience or with proven ability for practical application of theoretical knowledge.  
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; PC literate. 
  • Empower experience is a plus. 
  • Experience in HPLC method development is desired.
