Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for this company and will provide administrative support across the organization.  You will handle the flow of people throughout the business and ensure that the office is running smoothly and efficiently with high quality!

Job Duties:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person and on the telephone; answering, screening and/or referring inquiries.

  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

  • Support med-senior level management with calendaring, travel arrangements, inventory, job costing and memos and documents.

  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing and data entry.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 -3years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Professional demeanor.

  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with various issues that may arise.

  • Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
