Receptionist 
Temp to Hire
Salary based on experience: 30K-40K
Hourly pay: $12hr-16hr

A progressive firm in the Loop is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a wonderful temp-to-hire opportunity. 


Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant:

  • Open and close the office on a daily basis
  • Answer the main office phone and direct calls
  • Greet visitors
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies
  • Manage the office calendar
  • Set up for meeting and conference as needed 
  • Assist firm Principals and architects with administrative tasks including data entry, project management and document distribution
  • Assist Office Manager and Controller with filing and data entry

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Requirements of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant:
  • Must have 1-2 years of reception/administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter
