Job Description

A leading commercial real estate company seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support their brokerage team! This is an amazing temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

  • Prepare marketing materials
  • Coordinate and manage mailings
  • Create mass email campaigns via CRM
  • Process and submit proposals
  • Assist with preparing and updating reports on clients
  • Assist with industry functions or client events
  • Utilize software programs for marketing and client relationship development
  • Coordinate meetings and record minutes
  • Prepare and execute expense reports
  • Perform administrative duties, including photocopying, mailing and faxing documents
  • Produce documents 

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Marketing Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role required; experience in a fast-paced work environment preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must learn quickly when facing new problems
  • Ability to start and complete projects independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
