We need an enthusiastic, cheerful and team-oriented individual to join our company as an Administrative Assistant. Qualified candidates will have impeccable attention to detail, be organized, efficient and process-oriented. If you are someone who takes initiative, displays charm, tact and accuracy, then you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all levels of staff within our company, as well as external customers and vendors to provide quality client experiences. This is an hourly position, paid weekly with opportunities for overtime. Job Description

Full-time Administrative Assistant position

Bilingual (English/Spanish) OR (English/Polish) is preferred, but not required

Duties:

 Portrays a helpful, dependable and strong work ethic that adds value to your team and the company

  Effectively manages a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls in a sequential, team oriented, and enthusiastic manner

 An excellent communicator that supports managers well as necessary departments (sales, production and accounts receivable/payable) to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction

 Identifies and assesses customers’ needs or desires to achieve confidence in our services and satisfaction in a quality result.

 Follows through on procedures, guidelines and policies

 Possesses above average skills to accurately enter customer information into our CRM and maintain organization of important paperwork, samples, and company bills

Job Requirements


Requirements:

 3 years proven work experience (in Administration or Customer Service positions)

 Junior college degree GPA 2.5 OR High school degree GPA 3.5

 A solid work ethic that demonstrates pride in your work

 Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks

 Proficient in CRM internet-based software

 Ability to scan, print, email, fax and word process documents

  50+ words per minute typing speed

 A Customer-focused orientation with the ability to adapt/respond to a variety of people

 Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

 Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

 Microsoft Office Skills
