Job Description

Seeking a Help Desk / Technical Support Representative to join our team in providing technical support for ATM’s and Microsoft Windows related technology. The Technical Support Rep will assist field engineers bringing ATM equipment on-line. Training will be provided. The Support Rep will be responsible providing assistance to individuals in the field troubleshooting ATM’s and consumers having ATM technical issues.


*The applicant must be flexible with schedule (1st and 2nd shift/weekends)

*We are a banking entity and require a credit check


Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone support for tier 1 technical issues
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Basic network support
  • Respond to tickets from the ticketing system


Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • 1 year of call center support
  • 1 year of Technical Support (will consider technical education)
  • Understanding of Windows OS / general computer technology
  • Basic Understanding of Network Concepts
  • Experience working with ticketing system (Remedy a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude required
  • Technical education / certification a plus
