Seeking a Help Desk / Technical Support Representative to join our team in providing technical support for ATM’s and Microsoft Windows related technology. The Technical Support Rep will assist field engineers bringing ATM equipment on-line. Training will be provided. The Support Rep will be responsible providing assistance to individuals in the field troubleshooting ATM’s and consumers having ATM technical issues.
*The applicant must be flexible with schedule (1st and 2nd shift/weekends)
*We are a banking entity and require a credit check
- Provide phone support for tier 1 technical issues
- Provide superior customer service
- Basic network support
- Respond to tickets from the ticketing system
- 1 year of call center support
- 1 year of Technical Support (will consider technical education)
- Understanding of Windows OS / general computer technology
- Basic Understanding of Network Concepts
- Experience working with ticketing system (Remedy a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Customer-oriented attitude required
- Technical education / certification a plus
