Job Description

Well-established manufacturing company in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking customer service representatives with the ability to speak French-Canadian. This is a long term position with a great company.

 

 

Job Summary: Provide a world class customer experience to all franchisees, customers and associates through all media channels available at the Customer Care Center.

 

Customer Service Rep Responsibilities include:

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a call center setting specifically serving North American customers who speak French-Canadian
  • Data entry
  • Assisting with the placement of orders, checking order status
  • Locating specific items from catalog collections
  • Ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Generate, update and close customer notes in CRM database in compliance with guidelines
  • Meet or exceed individual department metrics

 


 

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and fluently speak both English and French-Canadian
  • PROFICIENCY in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Accurate typing at 40+ WPM
  • Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in a call center setting
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good problem solving, decision making , and time management skills
