Job Description

A dynamic software consulting firm in the Chicago Loop seeks an Executive Assistant to support the EVP of Sales and the CTO. This is an ideal position for someone that is flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Manage executives’ complex calendars
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for airline, hotel and ground transportation, making changes before and during trips as needed.
  • Manage, track, and process all expenses
  • Arrange meals for meetings and events as required with the occasional picking up lunch for the executives on busy days
  • Run sales report every Friday through Salesforce
  • Format in Excel and enter numbers during management meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in comparable industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with tact
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must display initiative and a forward-thinking mindset
  • Excellent organizational & prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • High degree of professionalism with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce
