Job Description

Job Title: Admin Assistant

Preferred Work Location: Las Vegas, NV

 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle global travel (ground transportation, hotel, and air)
  • Coordinate executive level and team meetings; ensure proper communication, coordination, and cooperation among attendees.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning including, project planning, vendor selection, catering, Workplace Resources (room and audio visual), presentations, and budget. Logistics management will be required.
  • Manage and prioritize various deliverables including e-mail, calendars, and expense reports, where applicable. Manage expense report submissions.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management utilizing presentation software and tools (PowerPoint).
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, prepare agendas and meeting minutes. Facilitation of meetings may be required.

Requirements:
  • B.S. or B.A. degree required or applicable experience
  • 4+ years of Admin Assistant experience. Project coordination experience would be an advantage - ability to support with coordination work may be required.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations) with an attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies (management, business functions, vendors, and other stakeholders).
  • Highly organized and efficient, be flexible, resilient, and a problem solver.
  • Highly organized and efficient, lead through influence and collaboration rather than direct control.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines efficiently and effectively.
