Job Description

Manpower is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant


The job is located in Burlington, MA Monday - Friday 8-5pm PAYING $16 AN HOUR


This assignment is for 3 months


Job Description


Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.


Receptionist & Office Administrator


Office responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls. Take messages or route calls to members.

• Check main office line voicemail.

• Handle tasks associated with guests (add all guest and vendors to building security visitor log; greet all arriving guests and inform appropriate member of guest arrival)

• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages and mail; check mail and distribute to members; maintain a log book of all FedEx and UPS packages.

• Package outgoing mail and FedEx, Create ship labels on request, includes occasional postage meter refill or stamp procurement.

• Send expense reports to Corporate office

• Order meals for meetings taking place in the office

• Address printing / scanning requests relating to proposals and other documents

• Handle ad hoc office administrative requests

• Order office supplies and equipment

• Maintain supply room and kitchen inventory in neat manner


Meeting room / Hoteling space

• Manage meeting room bookings

• Manage Hotel space request log

• Support on-site internal and client meetings in conference rooms.

• Provide support to conference rooms such as ensuring rooms are appropriately outfitted, and managing schedule conflicts


Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of office administration experience

• Great communication skills both oral and written

• Great organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work to deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to handle fast paced work environment
