Job Description

Administrative Assistant
Lexington, MA

The Human Resources Department is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in the area of recruiting.  Will assist in other department activities as part of an administrative team.  Experience with multiple aspects of HR administration and recruitment is desired. 

Recruitment duties will include:  Tracking status of staffing requisitions to insure resume routing to hiring departments; posting open requisitions to job boards and web sites and monitoring schedule in timely fashion.  Serve as point of contact for candidates and hiring departments and making appropriate entries in applicant tracking systems.

The candidate may give general policy and employment information to candidates and employees.  Will provide general administrative support for all pre and post-employment transactions.  Will perform other duties as assigned. 

Required
Excellent administrative skills including, attention to detail, ability to organize successfully, and ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks required.  H.S. graduate or equivalent with at least 3 years in a Human Resources administrative role with involvement in support recruitment activities is preferred.  Demonstrated experience with automated resume tracking systems and a high level of MS office proficiency is needed.
