Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Data Entry
Type: Contract to Permanent Placement

Location: Bensalem, PA 19020
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm 40 hours with a paid lunch if you stay at your desk for lunch.
**If you must take a break you get two 20 minute unpaid specified breaks that are unpaid
Salary: $14/hr to start increasing up to $16/hr after hired on permanent. Apx. 3 months.
Raises are given at 30 days, 60 and 90 days after hired on permanent. Annual raises are August/September.
Benefits: Company pays 70% of your heath insurance premium. Paid time off, holiday pay and matching 401K Plan up to 3%
Act as a liaison to provide product information and resolve any problems customers may have
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Manage and maintain accurate data on computer systems
Work together to assist coworkers in other departments
Provide financial services in regards to accounts payable and accounts receivable
Duties and Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage incoming calls and take orders from clients
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
Input orders and customer information accurately and efficiently
Generate reports and utilize accordingly
Process invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
Keep track and process customer accounts and incoming payments.
Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
Bilingual is a strong preference
Data Entry experience
Professional office customer service experience at least 2 years minimum preferably recent
Familiarity with MS Excel and Word
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Understanding of basic accounting principles and collection regulations
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
High school diploma
