Job Description

Accountable Search places Accounting and Finance professionals into project, contract to hire, and direct hire roles with top Chicago companies. Our recruiters are responsible for prospecting and building relationships talented accounting and finance individuals to fill openings with our top clients.

Required measurables:

-1+ years of successful sales or recruiting experience, preferably experience staffing/recruiting industry and/or experience in finance or accounting

-Consistent track record of accomplishment, with the ability to demonstrate top 10% performance on their previous (or current) sales teams;

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

How you would spend your time:

-Sourcing new candidates using online resources (Careerbuilder, Monster, Linked In, etc.) as well as networking and generating referrals from former candidates
-Handling all aspects of our candidate recruitment process (including phone screening, face to face interviewing, software testing, and all applicable paperwork)
-Staffing candidates to our online ATS to ensure on time payroll
-Managing current openings from presentation to start and beyond
-Maintaining close communication with our candidates and clients after placement (including timely quality checks)
-Generating leads, and following up on them, or passing them on to teammates as appropriate
