Job Description

**Knowledge of GDS systems (ex. Amadeus, Sabre) is required for this role**


We’re looking for dynamic, high performing service-minded individuals with experience personalizing air reservations, providing excellent service, and have a passion for the travel and tourism industry.



Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an excellent experience to our travelers to drive customer loyalty and referrals
  • Personalize air reservations at point of sale using RightRez and Amadeus systems
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and quality goals
  • Communicate all required information to our travelers, including the details of our products and policies 
  • Drive to individually compete while still being a positive team player



Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience/Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Call Center, International Travel Work, Airline customization or Air Routing Experience a plus!
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and availability to work various shifts, including one day of the weekend
  • Empathetic, persuasive, and focused on building customer relationships
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting performance metrics
  • Team player with strong customer service skills
