Position: Bookkeeper Office Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
Job Purpose: Provides bookkeeping and office services by implementing administrative/office systems, procedures, and policies, and maintains accurate and timely records of all financial transactions.
-Maintains and supervises all office needs, and serves as a front line for visitors and phone calls; controls correspondence; organizes filing.
-Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and procedures, layouts, and equipment procurement
-Maintains historical records by filing documents (retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records)
-Maintains Etapestry Database (information entry, updates, training for volunteers, reports)
-Donation collection and entry into Etapestry (will train)
-Oversees accounts receivable and payables including authorization and printing of checks
-Prepares financial reports by uploading Etapestry information into QuickBooks.
-Assists and oversees Annual Audit
-Collects, analyzes, and summarizes account information.
-Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
-Board of Director meeting minutes
-Assist with special events and meetings
-QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Skills (Etapestry is a plus!)
-Administrative Writing Skills
-Reporting Research Results
-Data Entry Skills
