Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator for a position in Human Resources. Responsibilities will involve working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Must be a detail oriented with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategy and manage recruitment flow
  • Create and publish job postings
  • Schedule interviews, communicating with both job candidates and staff
  • Organize and process bi-weekly payroll
  • Maintain office supplies, orders, and general organization
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as necessary


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience with recruitment and human resources
  • Experience with managing calendars and scheduling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
