Job Description

Customer Service Representatives

20 Positions Open!

$14.25 per hour

This rapidly growing educational company is seeking a class of 20 Customer Service Reps for their Ashland team.  This organizations loves to promote from within, and rewards dedicated team members in addition to having an upbeat, collaborative office environment. Ideal applicants will be energetic, confident, and have call center or customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates accounts and notifies customers of licensing availability with SFDC
  • Updates  contracts with end-user information and start dates to activate order for invoicing
  • Trouble shoot  and provide customer support about registration, licensing, account expiration dates, and additional services
  • Identify renewal/expansion/software issues – escalate to appropriate area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Quality metrics in accordance to the Scorecard
  • Sustainment of skills if cross-trained in other areas
  • Maintain/develop process flows for new/existing products as assigned

Job Requirements


Requirements:

  • Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience
  • Good communication, problem solving, and listening skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Commitment  to assignment
  • PC knowledge and able to navigate quickly and consistently with ease
  • Correct Grammar
  • Friendly welcoming tone
