Job Description

Tired of working retail? Tired of standing on your feet for long hours? Come, sit down and use those customer service skills at a new contact center in North Dallas! Excellent opportunity!!!

Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you have experience working with social media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram?

Currently seeking Customer Contact Center agents to help build customer loyalty by providing superior service using a variety of media/communication tools.

• Strong written communication skills

• Detailed-oriented and great at multi-tasking

• Have computer experience with minimum of typing 30 wpm

• Minimum of 1-3 years providing customer service support

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED

• Must have flexible schedule to work nights and weekends
