Various shifts available:

  • M-F  8:00am-4:30pm
  • M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
  • M-W 11:30am-9:00pm  Th-12:30pm-9:00pm  Sat 9:00am-2:00pm

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will be responsible for making payment arrangements and/or responding to customers questions.  You will complete a 3 week training program and you will have user friendly scripts to guide you through each telephone call. You will need to maintain customer service professionalism at all times. You will be thoroughly trained to negotiate the best possible payment arrangements and/or provide direction to help resolve consumer problems. You will also be trained how to handle irate or angry customers.

Pay: Starting pay rate is $10.00 per hour with incentive programs.  Shift differential is available for the shifts that work past 5:00pm.

Job Requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not necessary
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred, but not required. They are willing to train
  • Strong communication skills, friendly and professionalism
  • Ability to build a rapport with the customer
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Reliable Transportation
