Job Description

This person is mostly doing email support. Approiximately 40 emails per day. 2-3 chats per day. They will log in the ZenDesk and respond to customer complaints/questions. Issues that come up range from shipping complaints to credit card changes or billing address changes. A lot of new customers have questions about the services. There is very few phone calls required, some clients will require a follow up call after an email but that is about it. All escalated issues will be taken care of by the CS Manager. This person will be joining an existing team of 6, and they are looking to add a total of 3.

Work Environment: Company has been around for 6-7 years. This person will the joining the CS team to help with the higher number of inquiries that will be coming in. The company is in Downtown SF that has about 45 employees. Very casual work environment, Bart Accessible.

This is a contract position that has opportunity for conversion.
Qualifications: Degree strongly preferred
Experience with a ticketing systems or a CRM platform
Customer Service experience
email support strongly preferred
