Assessing current benefits system reporting ? Responsible to assist with collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. ? Available to assist with general employee questions including benefits, FMLA, and COBRA. ? Review Benefit vendor invoices, cross check employee information on system, and audit reports. ? Assist in gathering data and preparing Affirmative Action reports. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Strong technical aptitude and proven ability to use computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (must have intermediate to advanced Excel proficiencies); HRMS system experience required. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results driven environment ? Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills; must be able to track and manage direction. ?
