Seeking Customer Service Representatives! OfficeTeam is in the hiring process for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Job Requirements

- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Customer service and office administrative skills - 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Sound written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required - Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols If you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer you interact with and are a customer service 'champion', we want to hear from you.
