Robert Half Finance Accounting is seeking a highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing client located in Austin, TX. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for processing daily customer payments, invoices and billings. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also be in charge of preparing general ledger entries, a variety of special projects working with the Accounting Manager and assist with month end closing and reporting. Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in accounts receivable - Proven analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy - Current experience with ERP or other accounting software - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field - Strong attention to detail - Alternative dispute resolution experience - Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel - Accounts receivable experience desired - Command of general ledger - Proven knowledge of month end closings
