Job Description

  • Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple facets of client meetings and workshops, industry conferences, and sponsored events from scheduling, registration and external communications to internal logistics, including scheduling, booking travel, and confirming agendas

  • Develop systems, processes and tools to facilitate team-wide communication and effectiveness

  • Respond to inbound client inquiries; otherwise, qualify and distribute inbound inquiries

  • Produce monthly webinars hosted by Praedicat subject matter experts

  • Produce client-facing materials, including software usage reports, publications, presentations, brochures, banners, documents, software training packets and emails

  • Facilitate outward client communications such as release notes, webinar schedules, client surveys and email campaigns for new and existing users and clients

  • Administer software access and maintain the master client subscription list

  • Support both Sales and Client Success internal processes such as report generation and contract management

  • Maintain and update external facing and internal systems including MindTouch, Client Success, Salesforce, and network directories

  • Heavy calendaring and assist with setting up conference calls and screen sharing

  • Create travel agendas and research travel options

  • Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

  • Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

  • Coordinate sales and leadership meetings, assist with maintaining notes, and schedule follow-up meetings as necessary

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience at a software company, preferably one with a SaaS model

  • Advanced computer and data entry skills (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe, WordPress)

  • Good organizational skills

  • Self-directed with a demonstrable high degree of initiative

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ideal candidate has high attention to detail, is motivated by new challenges and a fast paced work environment, and has excellent problem solving and people skills
