ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - Full-Service
Up to  $70,000 PLUS BONUS & Benefits


Our Client strives to offer high-quality, truly authentic regional cuisine with impeccable focus on the Guest Experience. Their dishes feature signature regional ingredients to give the entrees an authentic and classic taste. All their restaurants are dedicated to offering the best dining experience in the segment with some locations offering outdoor seating and ample space inside including lounge/ bar & private seating, but ALL locations provide best-in-class guest service !! 

PROFILE – Assistant General Manager

Guest Experience focused and driven leader with a passion for quality food and quality service

  • Ability to quickly learn the business and become a GM in 6 mos maximum
  • Minimum 2+ years full-service/ casual dining management experience
  • Experience in high-volume ($3 - $5 Million Annual Sales) 
  • Solid career progression in restaurant management 
  • Approachable in nature with a passion for quality and service 
  • Evidence of loyalty and personal accountability 
  • Experience in both FOH and BOH with a tilt/ focus and history of superb FOH leadership
  • Proven ability to train and motivate a team 
  • High energy, ability to make decisions quickly 
  • Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls and quality standards
  • Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
  • Neat/ polished, clean cut, well spoken 
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
