Job Description

Account Manager / Customer Success Manager

Exciting opportunity for an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join an innovative SaaS technology firm and work with next generation technology.

You will be will be the main point of contact (POC) for the clients and be responsible for managing relationships with clients and helping them solve operational challenges, provide post implementation support, work with sales and professional services to identify and develop new streams of revenue in your accounts, act as the voice of the client, advise clients on industry best practices and processes, verify the system provides the required business functionality, develop functional specs (modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens), assist with go live at client site, develop release notes, act as the project manager for enhancements SOWs, and other consulting services.  

You will spend 30% of your time on support, 40% on account management, 10% on project management, 10% on configuration, and 10% on consulting.  

We are looking for associates who are passionate about their work and servicing clients. You will travel 20% on average, however, travel could be as high as 50% to client sites during deployment / go live.   

This is a direct hire position based in Alpharetta.  We offer a great work environment, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work with leading-edge SaaS applications.  


Job Requirements


  • 1+ years of software implementation experience for external clients 
  • Strong SQL including queries 
  • Experience working with external clients
  • Excellent communication skills
